Paralyzed sailor sets his sights on China at Paralympics

Ruf finishes the third race of the day and is exhausted. He heads the half-mile back to port. Using his upper body, he pushes himself onto the dock and rolls onto a padded cushion toward his wheelchair.

Prakash, Ravuto eye Beijing

The Paralympics is getting closer just 6 months away.
A little reminder of what the Paralympics is:
The Paralympic games is held every four years following the Olympic Games.
The Paralympic Games are a multi-sport event for athletes with physical, mental and sensorial disabilities.This includes mobility disabilities, amputees, visual disabilities and those with cerebral palsy.
