Oscar Pistorius Won’t Give Up Olympic Goal

The International Association of Athletics Federations ruled that his futuristic prosthetic racing blades gave him an unfair edge.
Pistorius said. “I will not stand down.”
I don't really understand this ruling. How can an athete wearing prosthetic can have an adge over one who doesn't unless, this athete trains and work harder.

Hope Ratcliff. Inspirational teacher. In the mornings.Hope turns the key and drives to work. She parks her van at Byrns Darden Elementary School and gathers her teaching supplies.
