Andrew Hewitt is becoming The most talked about drummers

Here is another super inspirational story. Andrew Hewitt, a drummer with Cerebral Palsy, has lived his life and pursued his dreams in a manner that inspires all who meet him.

Andrew really make me believe that anybody can do anything if we really want to. No doubt that Andrew Hewitt is an inspiration to all of us. He is becoming one of the most talked about drummers in the Australian and International Drumming Communities. Hopefully soon we can start talking about Andrew here in New York. Here is a way to help and support Andrew. Please show support buy DVD

Op Ed from ChooseAbility Founder, Paul Campos

The Veterans Administration regularly denies services to our wounded soldiers so they don't have to spend the money they supposedly don't have. This is unbelievable considering these wounded soldiers are fighting to protect the very people they are serving (us -- the American people). If anyone deserves a no - hassle policy, it is our soldiers who volunteer to protect our country. That's why it is such a crime that we are spending around $11 million per hour to fund this so-called war. It seems to me that taking care of our wounded should be part of what we are spending already.

All I can say is that denial of service is what our government does best. Speaking from experience, and as someone who has grown up with a disability (a condition called, "muscular dystrophy"), it doesn't surprise me that the government is denying our soldiers. I have heard it said that people with disabilities just like to complain and whine about their problems. Now we can see that it is true even for those who would put their lives on the line for U.S. I know it sounds strange within this context, but I would like to officially welcome all of these new soldiers who are now disabled to our world. Maybe things have changed enough so that together, we can show the government what they need to do to get things right. Denial of service should not be an option when a service is needed! Not for people with disabilities, and especially not for our disabled who are coming back home from Iraq.

(By the way, my opinion doesn't even begin to cover the soldiers who are coming back with Depression and other emotional and me this ntal disorders).

She'll cheer from her wheelchair

Morgan Desautel doesn't remember many of the details of the noontime accident on June 12, but her mother Tina remembers every moment, starting with the worst kind of telephone call a parent can get

Even though Morgan wouldn't be permanent disable, she is learning how it feel to be disable on weelchair. Still a good inspirational attitude to learn from. I find this article very touching...

Homemade Shortcuts for the PC - New York Times

Click to watch the Video.

From previous research, I found out that many quadriplegics were using a tool called QuickKeys to automate tasks on their computers. I helped Paul install it and it just caused problems so we deleted it. Maybe Pogue's ideas can help quads.

...but don't read this...
